We stayed 1 night here in the last week of Dec '23 during our UK vacation. This was booked for us via a Dehradun based operator - Allseasonz. At first glance the hotel looked good but had some issues as we started using the room facilities. Broken Taps, Incorrectly working sink, health faucet, cramped room, smelly interiors etc. Lunch was good as we asked and paid for Khichdi. Dinner & breakfast was below par as it was a buffet and had limited choices though they were ok to get us Dhal Fry on request. Seems like the better rooms and services were provided to a bunch of South african tourists rather than normal indians. It is a few kms from the main River and temple locations in Haridwar and right next to the highway which makes accessibility easier.

Very big parking facility. Very good parking. Very good greenish environment. Good and cozy rooms. Dinner also good but in totally vegetarian. Housekeeping also Good. Have good laundry service. Overall Good Stay.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT VERY PIECEFUL AREA. FOOD WAS VERY TASTY. ROOM WAS VERY COZY. ALSO HOTEL LOBBY IS PLAYED AN VERY IMPORTANT ROLL. GOOD, NICE AND BIG CAR PARKING FACILITIES. ALSO HOTEL PROVIDES DRIVER ACCOMMODATION. VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

Best Property of Haridwar when it comes to a comfortable stay, If you are going with family. Yummy Food and Helping Staff..Has a nice Parking place for cars. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.Its on the Main Road. Will Surely Revisit. Thanks

Worst Experience!!! Non cooperative front desk, pathetic hotel staff, and worst food ever had. We were 6 people, including a kid. We were allotted a small room in which hardly 2 people can accommodate. We requested an alternative room and was denied stating all rooms are of the same size. When we requested a coffee mug, after requesting 3 times, it was delivered in the room. When we went for dinner, out of 6 people, food of 2 people were requested without onion garlic at the time of check-in. When we went to the restaurant in the evening, the food was not ready. Even we were charged full amount, separate starter was denied, salad plate had only 3-4 slices of tomatoes and 6-8 slices of cucumber, veg raita was outrightly denied, instead of 2 vegetables we were served only 1 which was cooked forcefully. Rice was half cooked. Their staff outrightly denied of having this food. Rather they mentioned "Hum Kya Kare, Hum Yaha Khate Nahin Hai". WiFi is just for name sake, which doesn't work at all Please refrain from visiting this hotel if u ever happen to visit Haridwar. There are better hotels nearby.
